Upon returning from a month long tour in July of ‘23, our three road marauders unloaded their gear from the touring vessel known as the Gristle Missile into a barn which had been converted into a delightful little recording studio and proceeded to scald that structure with four incendiary live takes. The now legendary KMT version of Led Zeppelin’s “Since I’ve Been Loving You” has now been captured along with other favorites from the KMT’s live set including Greg’s nod to Roy Buchanan, “Six Legged Fire Breathing Dog”, the slide romp, “Lowellesque” and the girthsome funk of “Sugaboo”. The epic results have now been committed to vinyl in the release “Melting the Farmhouse”…come and get it!
The Koch-Marshall Trio are American guitarist Greg Koch, his son Dylan Koch on drums and Hammond B3 specialist Toby Lee Marshall.
